- Boleh berkacamata (maks. sferis 4, silindris 2) · tidak buta warna (termasuk parsial)
- Passing grade SKD: TWK 65 · TIU 80 · TKP 156
- Asal sekolah: semua
Kacamata: sferis maks -4D, silindris maks -2D, bersedia koreksi. Wajib tanpa kawat gigi selama pendidikan.

Apa syarat masuk STMKG?
